...give a New Yorker one day of 70 degree weather and watch them wander around the city in friggin' flip flops...what is with this look? Why are so many reckoning with this style? I just don't get it! I'm on the 3 express this morning and this surfer looking dude gets on the train wearing a dirty sweat shirt that says "Recked"- So I gave him the once over - just to see what "Recked" looks like at 7:30 in the morning, sure enough he's got his flips on...and filthy feet...Someone please tell me WHERE the beach is on this island!?! Don't get me wrong, i wear em too, but NOT in March and not all over the city.

I can't stand it! I thought high heels were hard enough, how do people make time in flip flops?
