I know its not just me so lets put a stop to this. The sound of nail clippers irritates the hell out of me. it literally makes the hair on my neck stand up!
We have to put a friggin stop to it.. This is what I did once. I was on the ferry and some one was doing this across from me, I bit a piece of my own nail off and brought it over to the guy and said pretty loud, "I think this is yours" I think he said, Thanks". Boy oh boy I think I it should be a finable offence!
The next time you see it being done, tell a cop. Spitting is illegal. Please please stop the madness.

Oh I hear ya girl. I've run into a few Mad-Clippers in my day.
And spitting? Ugh - I have a spitting post in the works. I was nearly hit with a stray wad on 3rd avenue last week.
