I have made an appointment with Dr. Nasso here on the Island.........Auriculotherapy is a non-invasive form of acupuncture. No Needles!! It utilizes a minor electrical impulse to stimulate acupuncture points in the outer ear. It is used for pain, addictions, and a host of many other dysfunctions. All systems of acupuncture began in China in 500 B.C. and gradually spread throughout the world. In 1957, Dr. Paul Nogier, a physician from France developed auriculotherapy. There are no side effects other than that the ear itself may become a little tender, and this is short-lived.
Monday May 21st I have this procedure done. I am to arrive at 6:45 sharp for a two hour seminar on stopping the "physical" addition. I was asked to bring in my pack of cigarettes and to smoke as usual on the day. I was asked not to smoke one hour prior to the seminar. (I guess there's no smoking break within the two hour seminar - I had to say that) After the seminar I begin my Auriculotherapy session.
Several people I know that smoke way more than me are pushing me to try this. I'm not gonna lie here, I enjoy smoking... I just can't do it anymore... Wish me luck, I'll keep you in the know of my prognosis...

You can do it! It's never too late to quit! However, nothing will take the craving away - the goal is to change your mindset and just get used to not smoking. However, if this little procedure works, let me know - I've got a list of habits, vices and ailments I need to get rid of! ;)
Dr. Nasso is not hot........
Good Luck Ray!!!
Great ray- Congrats -
On 5/15/06 I went to Dr. Nasso- stories to tell- anyway- it was an amazing great withdrawal for me- one year later- no cigs- and all is good-
Remember that 'poor bastards' line that Nasso leaves you with. It gets you thru some cravings.
It is all mental- when you are ready- you are ready!
Congrats
Onward we go....
