The End of An Era...
...If you didn't know, Bob Barker has taped his last show for The Price is Right on June 6th 2007. We had the opportunity to see Mr. Barker and his Babes back in 2004 and although we never actually got on the show stage the day was filled with suspense (not knowing if we will be picked to "COME ON DOWN", stress: We had to get up at four in the morning back in Hollywood City to wait on an extremely "obsessive" Bob Barker Fan Club line, only to get to the passing gate and almost not even get in. It was Thom's Birthday that day (I had gotten tickets as a gift) so we made up the very necessary T shirts before hand, Mine read "Got Price?" while Thom went so far as to photo copy his Birth Certificate onto the back of his shirt and state on the front " It's my Birthday Bob! and the proof is on my back!" We had fun that day meeting some crazy people from all over the country and getting the chance to see the old silver haired coot actually say "The Actual Retail Price Is..." - Boob boob ba do, Boob boob ba do...No one can ever start a game like PLINKO but Bob. He'll be missed. (rumor has it, Rosie O'Donnell wants to fill in - That will really rune the show!)
