The 20-year-old Staten Islander who cops refer to as the borough's top graffiti vandal is due back in Stapleton Criminal Court today where he faces a laundry list of graffiti-related charges.

He was a very good paper boy. The advance should be ashamed. To post this article of him again. He would be out at 4 am delivering The Advance. There was one morning Steve,Ray and Myself offered him some water as he sat in the stair way putting together the Sunday Advance. He declined.
