...would you believe the first time I ever heard this song was in a souvenir shop in Puerto Rico this past summer? The store owners played an LP version on a record player and the chorus " and it gets stronger...everyday" kept repeating and repeating...as soon as I got home I had to down load the original... FROM 1966! It has become a staple in this Summers memories, singing it driving up to Cranberry Lake with Kelly, Cotugna,Karlsberg and Thom...Rob and I singing it driving through the winding tree lined roads at Lake Winnapatchie...blaring it in the yard while soaking in Raul...We Loves Tina - minus ike...
