Making the "LIST"
...with each party we have Thom always remains organized in listing everyone invited to the menu, shopping lists and what is needed. Problem is he'll make 3 or 4 of these "lists" and you'll find them everywhere about the house up until the actual day of the party. He will use these lists for everything, crossing out the people who can't attend, reviewing the menu for changes obsessively. I've kept some through the years - it's always fun to look back and see what we ate at our Christmas Party 12 years ago. Oh that Thom! He's just a crazy kook like that!
