NEWSFLASH!

RaGa here with these late breaking developments, during excavation of the shrubs in the back of the yard our very hot headed neighbor came storming out his back door shouting to stop the bulldozers, and I'm calling my lawyer! (along with obsenities) to the working crew...Thom barrelled out our back door - Survey - In - Hand - the neighbor wouldn't have it, threatening to call a lawyer and telling us it'll take a day to get HIS survey...We are doing everything by the books here kids, it's unfortunate that enemies are being made in the process....and YES, we notified them BEFORE work commenced explaining EXACTLY what we were removing in the way of shrubbery...I'll keep you posted!
